On the morning of July 6, Zou Zijing, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of Neijiang, Sichuan Province, led a delegation to visit the headquarter of the SFMA (Singapore Food Manufacturers Association). PATRICK ONG YAW TEH, the head of Singapore Company of HAWEI Supply Chain Group and heads of the SFMA accompanied the reception.

The Singapore Food Manufacturers Association is a membership-based association that brings members' products abroad through exhibitions and roadshows. SFMA contacts with suppliers and buyers to realize procurement tasks. Most of the SFMA members are small and medium-sized enterprises. It currently sets up an office in Shanghai and successfully brings Singapore products to the Chinese market.

In recent years, Neijiang City has always insisted on attracting investment as the leading project and the important step of industrial development. At this meeting, the two sides hope to further strengthen the exchange and cooperation between Singapore and Neijiang in food industry, especially in the field of fresh fruits industry.
